இந்த முகமன் உங்களுக்கு புதிது அன்றே !! ஏசு மறுபடியும் அவர்களை நோக்கி உங்களுக்கு சமாதானமுண்டாவதாக. யோவான் - 20:21.

உமர் அவர்களே, உங்கள் வலை தலத்தில் "குர்‍ஆனில் அடிமைப் பெண்கள் செக்ஸ் சொத்துக்களாவார்கள்” என்ற தலைப்பில் ஒரு கட்டுரையை காண நேரிற்று, அதற்கு பதில் அளிக்க விரும்பி இதை எழுதுகிறேன், நீங்கள் இதில் ஏதும் இடைசொருகல் இன்றி, இதன் ஒரு பகுதியையோ அல்லது ஒரு வசனத்தையோ மறைக்காமல் முழுவதுமாக, உள்ளது உள்ள படியே பிரசூரிப்பீர்கள் என்று நம்புகிறேன், எனது தமிழில் பிழை இருக்கும் எனில் அதை பிழை பொறுக்குமாறு வேண்டி கேட்டு கொள்கிறேன்.

குறிப்பு: மஹர் இன்றி தான் வலக்கறதுக்கு சொந்தமாகி கொண்ட ஒரு அடிமை பெண்ணுடன் கணவன் விடூ கூடுவதை இஸ்லாம் தடுக்கவில்லை.

Sahih Bukhari: Vol 3, Book 49, 2542:

இப்னு முஹைரீஸ்(ரஹ்) அறிவித்தார். “நான் அபூ ஸயீத் குத்ரீ(ரலி) அவர்களைப் பார்த்தபோது அவர்களிடம் (அஸல் செய்வது பற்றி) கேட்டேன். அவர்கள் சொன்னார்கள்; நாங்கள் அல்லாஹ்வின் தூதருடன் பனூ முஸ்தலிக் (குலத்திற்கெதிரான) போருக்குச் சென்றோம். அப்போது, அரபுகளிலிருந்து போர்க் கைதிகள் (சிலர்) எங்களுக்குத் கிடைத்தனர். நாங்கள் (அந்தக் கைதிகளிடையேயிருந்த) பெண்களை (உடலுறவு கொள்ள) விரும்பினோம். ஏனெனில், (எங்கள் மனைவியரைப் பிரிந்து) தனிமையில் இருந்தது எங்களை வாட்டியது. மேலும், (இந்தப் பெண்களுடன் உடலுறவு கொள்ளும்போது) 'அஸ்ல்' செய்ய நாங்கள் விரும்பினோம். எனவே, அல்லாஹ்வின் தூதரிடம் அதுபற்றிக் கேட்டோம். அதற்கு, 'நீங்கள் அதைச் செய்யாமலிருந்தால் தவறேதுமில்லையே! மறுமைநாள் வரை தவறேது மில்லையே! மறுமை நாள் வரை (இறைவிதிப்படி) உருவாக வேண்டிய எந்த உயிரும் கட்டாயம் உருவாகியே தீரும் என்று பதிலளித்தார்கள்.”

குறிப்பு: மனைவி உடன் இல்லாத நிலையில், மஹர் இன்றி தான் வலக்கறதுக்கு சொந்தமாகி கொண்ட ஒரு அடிமை பெண்ணுடன் கணவன் விடூ கூடு நினைத்தாள் அவள் கற்பம் ஆகாதபடிக்கு கூடுவதை தடுகிறது, ஏனென்றால் அவள் கற்பம் தரித்தால் அவளை விலைக்கு விற்க்க கூடாது, அவளுக்கும், பிறக்கும் குழந்தைக்கும் சொத்துரிமை உண்டு, கணவன் மறைவுக்கு பின் விடுதலை ஆனவள் ஆவாள்.

Sahih Bukhari Vol 4, 64, 4350.

புரைதா இப்னு ஹுஸைப்(ரலி) அறிவித்தார். “நபி(ஸல்) அவர்கள் காலித் இப்னு வலீத்(ரலி) அவர்களிடம் 'குமுஸ்' நிதியைப் பெற்றுவர அலீ(ரலி) அவர்களை அனுப்பினார்கள். அலீ(ரலி) (போர்ச் செல்வத்தில் தமக்கென அடிமைப் பெண்ணை எடுத்துக் கொண்ட பின்) குளித்துவிட்டு வந்தார்கள். அவர்கள் மீது நான் கோபமடைந்து, காலிதிடம், 'இவரை நீங்கள் பார்க்கமாட்டீர்களா?' என்று கேட்டேன். நாங்கள் நபி(ஸல்) அவர்களிடம் சென்றபோது, நான் அவர்களிடம் அதைச் சொன்னனே;. அதற்கு அவர்கள், 'புரைதாவே! நீ அலீ மீது கோபமடைந்து இருக்கிறாயா?' என்று கேட்க நான், 'ஆம்!" என்று பதிலளித்தேன். அதற்கு அவர்கள், 'அவரின் மீது நீ கோபம் கொள்ளாதே! ஏனெனில், அவருக்கு 'குமுஸ்' நிதியில் அதை விட அதிக உரிமையுள்ளது என்று கூறினார்கள்.”

குறிப்பு: நபி முஹம்மது (ஸல்) அவர்களின் மகள் பாத்திமா கடினமான வேலைகள் செய்ய நேரிடுவதால் ஒரு அடிமையை தருமாறு தான் தந்தையை வேண்டினர் அதற்கு அவர் அடிமையை காட்டிலும் இறைவனிடம் யாசிப்பது சிறந்தது என்று அறிவுரை செய்தனுப்பினர், இதனால் பாத்திமாவின் கணவர் அலி (முதன்மை படை வீரர்) போரில் வென்றனவற்றில் தான் பங்குக்கு செல்வத்தை எடுக்காமல் ஒரு அடிமை பெண்ணை எடுத்து கொண்டார், அக்காலத்தில் அடிமைகள் விலை உயர்ந்தவர்களாக கருதப்பட்டதால் புரைதா கோபம்முற்றர், அதற்கு நபி (ஸல்) அலி முதன்மை வீரர் அவருக்கு அதில் பங்குவுண்டு என்று விளக்கினர்.

சரித்திரத்தில் ஒரு நாட்டின் மன்னர் போர் கைதியாகிய ஒரு அடிமை பெண்ணை மணந்து, தன் சக மகாராணிகளுக்கு இணையாக அவர்களை நடத்தி, இதன் வாயிலாக அவள் குளத்தை சேர்ந்தவர்களை முழுவதுமாக விடுதலையாக்கப்பட்டதை அறிய நேரிட்டால் அது முஹம்மது நபி (ஸல்) அவர்களாக தான் இருக்கும்.

குர்‍ஆனில் அடிமைப் பெண்கள் செக்ஸ் சொத்துக்களாவார்கள் என்றால் அவர்களை மணமுடிக்க என்ன தேவை? ஆனால் இஸ்லாம் தவறான உறவுக்கு பதிலாக அடிமை பெண்களை மணமுடிபதையே வலியுறுத்துகிறது. முஹம்மது நபி (ஸல்) அவர்கள் செய்த அடிமை திருமனம்கள், இந்த திருமணம் கொண்டு அந்த அடிமை பெண்களின் கூட்டம் முழுவதும் விடுதலை செய்யப்பட்டன.

· Juwayriyya bint al-Harith - daughter of al-Hārith ibn Abi Dirar, the chief of Banu Mustaliq, who was defeated with his tribe in a battle.

· Safiyya bint Huyayy - was born in Medina to Huyayy ibn Akhtab, the chief of the Jewish tribe Banu Nadir, defeated in Battle of Khaybar.

· Rayhāna bint Zayd ibn ʿAmr - was originally a member of the Banu Nadir tribe who married a man from the Banu Qurayza Siege of the Banu Qurayza

இந்த தலைபிற்குள் நுழைவதற்கு முன் அந்த காலத்து (1400 வருடங்களுக்கு முன்னுள்ள ) மக்களின் (அரேபிய மக்கள் மட்டுமல்ல ரோமானியர்கள் மற்றும் ஏனைய சாம்ராஜியத்தை சேர்ந்தவர்கள்) பெண்கள் மற்றும் அடிமைகளின் நிலை என்ன என்பதை தெரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும். இதன் முக்கியத்துவம் என்னவென்றால், எப்படி பட்ட சமுதாயத்திற்குள் நபிகள் நாயகம் (ஸல் ) அவர்கள் இஸ்லாத்தை முன்வைத்தார்கள் என்பதை விளங்கிகொல்வதற்கு.

ஏக இறைவன் அல்லாஹ் சுபஹானவதாலா , நபி முஹம்மது (ஸல்) அவர்களுக்கு இஸ்லாத்தை அருளியபொழுது மனிதர்களை அடிமைதனம் (முக்கியமாக பெண் அடிமைகள்) செய்வது சமுதாயத்தில் ஒரு அங்கமாக இருந்தது அது பெரும் லாபம் ஈட்ட கூடிய வியாபாரமாக திகழ்ந்தது.

On the other hand, there were other social strata where prostitution and indecency were rampant and in full operation. Abu Da’ûd, on the authority of ‘Aishah [R] reported four kinds of marriage in pre-Islamic Arabia: The first was similar to present-day marriage procedures, in which case a man gives his daughter in marriage to another man after a dowry has been agreed on. In the second, the husband would send his wife – after the menstruation period – to cohabit with another man in order to conceive. After conception her husband would, if he desired, have a sexual intercourse with her. A third kind was that a group of less than ten men would have sexual intercourse with a woman. If she conceived and gave birth to a child, she would send for these men, and nobody could abstain. They would come together to her house. She would say: ‘You know what you have done. I have given birth to a child and it is your child’ (pointing to one of them). The man meant would have to accept. The fourth kind was that a lot of men would have sexual intercourse with a certain woman (a whore). She would not prevent anybody. Such women used to put a certain flag at their gates to invite in anyone who liked. If this whore got pregnant and gave birth to a child, she would collect those men, and a seeress would tell whose child it was. The appointed father would take the child and declare him/her his own. When Prophet Muhammad [pbuh] declared Islam in Arabia, he cancelled all these forms of sexual contacts except that of present Islamic marriage. [Abu Da'ud - The Book of marriage]

Pre-Islam Arabs had no limited number of wives. They could marry two sisters at the same time, or even the wives of their fathers if divorced or widowed. Divorce was to a very great extent in the power of the husband. [Abu Da'ud - The Book of marriage]

இதன் தமிழாக்கமாவது,

இஸ்லாத்திற்கு முன்பு இருந்த அரேபியர்கள் எண்ணற்ற மனைவியரை கொண்டிருந்தனர். அவர்கள் அக்காள் மற்றும் தங்கையை ஒரே நேரத்தில் மணம் முடிப்பர். தனது தந்தையின் மனைவியரின் விவாகரத்து செய்தவர்கள் அல்லது விதவைகளை தாங்களே மணமுடித்து கொள்வர். கணவன்மார்களிடமே முழு விவாகரத்து உரிமையும் இருந்தது.

பைபளின் கடவுளான “ELOH”, அடிமை வியாபாரம் செய்வதையும், அடிமைகளை தங்கள் வாரிசுக்கு சொத்துக்களாக தருவதையும் பரிந்து உரைக்கிறார்

Leviticus 25:44 “‘As for your male and female slaves who may belong to you – you may buy male and female slaves from the nations all around you. 25:45 Also you may buy slaves from the children of the foreigners who reside with you, and from their families that are with you, whom they have fathered in your land, they may become your property. 25:46 You may give them as inheritance to your children after you to possess as property. You may enslave them perpetually. However, as for your brothers the Israelites, no man may rule over his brother harshly.

EXODUS 21:2 “If you buy a Hebrew servant, he is to serve you for six years, but in the seventh year he will go out free without paying anything…”

அடிமைத்தனத்தை சிறுக சிறுக ஒழிப்பதற்கு வியுகம் அமைப்பதில் இஸ்லாம் தான் முதல் மார்கமாக செயல்பட்டது . முஹம்மது நபி (ஸல்) காலத்துக்கு முன் அடிமைகளை வியாபார பொருளாகவும், போரில் வென்று அடிமைகளை எடுப்பதும் புழக்கத்தில் இருந்தது, அதிலும் போர் வீரர்கள் மட்டும் இன்றி எதிரி நாட்டு பொது மக்களையும் அடிமை படுத்துவது வழக்கத்தில் இருந்தது.

இதையே பைபளின் கடவுளான “ELOH”, இப்படி பரிந்துரைக்கிறார்:

Deuteronomy 20:10 When you approach a city to wage war against it, offer it terms of peace. 20:11 If it accepts your terms and submits to you, all the people found in it will become your slaves. 20:12 If it does not accept terms of peace but makes war with you, then you are to lay siege to it. 20:13 The Lord your God will deliver it over to you and you must kill every single male by the sword. 20:14 However, the women, little children, cattle, and anything else in the city – all its plunder – you may take for yourselves as spoil. You may take from your enemies the plunder that the Lord your God has given you.

Deuteronomy 21:10 When you go out to do battle with your enemies and the Lord your God allows you to prevail and you take prisoners, 21:11 if you should see among them an attractive woman whom you wish to take as yours, 21:12 you may bring her back to your house. She must shave her head, trim her nails, 21:13 discard the clothing she was wearing when captured, and stay in your house, lamenting for her father and mother for a full month. And after that thou shall go in unto her, and you possess her and she becomes your women. 21:14 If you are not pleased with her, then you must let her go where she pleases. You cannot in any case sell her; you must not take advantage of her, since you have already humiliated her.

ஆரம்ப காலங்களில் இஸ்லாத்தில் எதிரி நாட்டு போர் வீரர்களும் , போரில் கலந்து கொண்ட செவிலி பெண்களும் அடிமைகளாக பிடிக்கப்பட்டார்கள் (இஸ்லாமிய போர் வீரர்களும், பொது மக்களும் எதிரி நாட்டவரால் அடிமைகளாக பிடிக்கப்பட்டது போன்று). ஒரு தரப்பு மக்கள் போரில் தோற்க நேரிடும் பொழுது அவர்கள் தங்கள் சொத்துக்களையும் உடமைகளையும் இலக்க நேரிடுவதால் தாங்கள் அடிமைகளாக பிடிக்க படுவதை ஏற்று கொண்டார்கள். அடிமையாவதன் முலம் அவர்களுக்கு பொருளாதாரம், சமுதாய மற்றும் எதிரி நாட்டவரிடம் இருந்தும் பாதுகாப்பு கிடைகிறது. விதைவைகள், அனாதைகள், ஏழ்மை நிலைக்கு தள்ளப்பட்டவர்கள் அடிமைகளாக மாறுவதன் முலம் அவர்கள் உயிர்வாழ தேவையான அடிப்படை தேவைகள் தாங்கள் எஜமானர்கள் முலம் கிடைக்கப்படுகிறது.

இஸ்லாத்தில் அடிமை பெண்களை "மில்க் அழ யாமீன்", "ம மலகத் அய்மனுகும்", " வலகரதுக்கு சொந்தமானவர்கள்" என்றே அழைக்கபட்டார்கள்

Sahih Bukhari 2552.

“இறைத்தூதர்(ஸல்) அவர்கள் கூறினார்கள்: உங்களில் எவரும் 'உன் ரப்புக்கு (அதிபதிக்கு) உணவு கொண்டு, உன் ரப்புக்கு உளூச் செய்ய உதவு, உன் ரப்புக்கு நீர் புகட்டு' என்று கூற வேண்டாம். 'என் எஜமான்; என் உரிமையாளர்' என்று கூறட்டும். "என் அடிமை; என் அடிமைப் பெண்" என்று உங்களில் எவரும் கூற வேண்டாம். 'என் பணியாள்; என் பணிப்பெண்; என் பையன்" என்று கூறட்டும்.” என அபூ மூஸா(ரலி) அறிவித்தார்.

அடிமை முறையை ஒழிக்க இஸ்லாம் வகுத்த வழிமுறைகள் முன்பு இருந்த அடிமைதனத்தை முழுவதுமாக ஒழிக்கும் வண்ணமாக இருந்தது. ஒரு பெண்ணையோ அல்லது ஆண்னையோ அடிமை பிடிக்க இஸ்லாம் இவ்வாறு பல கட்டுபாடுகள் விதித்தது.

1. சுகந்திரமான அல்லது அடிமை அல்லாதவனை வலகரதுக்கு சொந்தமாகிகொள்ள இஸ்லாம் தடை விதித்தது. ஒரு முஸ்லிமை வலகரதுக்கு சொந்தமாகிகொள்ள இஸ்லாம் தடை விதித்தது.

Sahih Bukhari 2227.

இறைத்தூதர்(ஸல்) அவர்கள் கூறினார்கள்: "மறுமை நாளில் மூவருக்கெதிராக நான் வழக்காடுவேன்' என்று அல்லாஹ் கூறினான். ஒருவன் என் பெயரால் சத்தியம் செய்துவிட்டு, அதில் மோசடி செய்தவன்; இன்னொருவன் சுதந்திரமான ஒருவரை விற்று அந்தக் கிரயத்தைச் சாப்பிட்டவன்; மூன்றாமவன் ஒரு கூலியாளிடம் வேலை வாங்கிக் கொண்டு கூலி கொடுக்காமல் இருந்தவன்!" என அபூ ஹுரைரா(ரலி) அறிவித்தார்.

2. சரணடைபவர்களையும் , இஸ்லாத்தை தழுவுபவர்களையும் அடிமைகளாக நடத்துவதை எதிர்கிறது.

Sahih Bukhari 2607. & 2608.

மர்வான் பின் ஹகம் (ரலி) மிஸ்வர் பின் மக்ரமா(ரலி) ஆகியோர் கூறியதாவது: “நபி (ஸல்) அவர்களின் ஹவாஸின் குலத்தார் முஸ்லிம்களாக வந்தபோது அவர்கள் நபி (ஸல்) அவர்களிடம், தங்கள் செல்வங்களையும் போர்க்கைதிகளையும் தங்களிடம் திருப்பித் தந்துவிடும்படி கேட்டார்கள். நபி (ஸல்) அவர்கள், என்னுடன் நீங்கள் பார்க்கின்ற (இந்தப்) படைவீரர்களும் இருக்கின்றனர். உண்மை பேசுவது எனக்கு மிகவும் விருப்பமானதாகும். (உங்கள்) போர்க் கைதிகள் அல்லது (உங்கள்) செல்வம் இரண்டில் ஏதேனும் ஒன்றை நீங்கள் தேர்ந்தெடுத்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள். நான் (உங்களை) எதிர்பார்த்துக் காத்திருந்தேன் என்று கூறினார்கள். நபி (ஸல்) அவர்கள் தாயிஃப் நகரத்திலிருந்து புறப்பட்ட நேரத்திலிருந்து பத்துக்கு மேற்பட்ட இரவுகள் அவர்களை எதிர்பார்த்திருந்தார்கள். நபி (ஸல்) அவர்கள் போர்ச் செல்வங்கள் அல்லது போர்க் கைதிகள் இரண்டிலொன்றைத் தான் திருப்பித் தருவார்கள் என்று அவர்களுக்குத் தெளிவாகி விட்டபோது, நாங்கள் எங்கள் போர்க்கைதிகளையே திரும்பப் பெற்றுக் கொள்கிறோம் என்று கூறினார்கள். நபி (ஸல்) அவர்கள் முஸ்லிம்களிடயே எழுந்து நின்று, அல்லாஹ்வை அவனுக்குத் தகுதியுள்ள பண்புகளைக் கொண்டு புகழ்ந்தார்கள். பிறகு, (முஸ்லிம்களே!) உங்களுடைய இந்தச் சகோதரர்கள் தவ்பா செய்தவர்களாக (மனம் திருந்தியவர்களாக) நம்மிடம் வந்துள்ளனர். அவர்களிடம் அவர்களுடைய போர்க் கைதிகளை திரும்பக் கொடுத்து விடுவதை நான் உசிதமானதாகக் கருதுகிறேன். உங்களில் எவர் இதற்கு மனப்பூர்வமாகச் சம்மதிக்கின்றாரோ அவர் அவ்வாறே செய்யட்டும். (போர்க் கைதிகளை விடுதலை செய்யட்டும்) எவர் நமக்கு அல்லாஹ் (இனி கிடைக்கவிருக்கும் வெற்றிகளில்) முதன் முதலாகக் கொடுக்கவிருக்கும் செல்வத்திலிருந்து அவருக்கு நாம் கொடுக்கின்றவரை தனது பங்கைத் தானே வைத்துக் கொள்ள விரும்புகின்றாரோ அவர் அவ்வாறே செய்யட்டும், (அதுவரை தன்னிடமே வைத்துக் கொள்ளட்டும்) என்று கூறினார்கள். மக்கள், அல்லாஹ்வின் தூதரே! நாங்கள் மனப்பூர்வமாக அவர்களிடம் (அவர்களுடைய உறவினர்களான போர்க் கைதிகளை திருப்பித்) தந்து விடுகிறோம் என்று கூறினார்கள். அதற்கு நபி (ஸல்) அவர்கள், அவர்களிடம் உங்களில் எவர் சம்மதிக்கிறார், எவர் சம்மதிக்கவில்லை என்று எமக்குத் தெரியாதாகையால் நீங்கள் திரும்பிச் செல்லுங்கள். உங்கள் தலைவர்கள் வந்து (உங்கள் முடிவை) எங்களிடம் தெரிவிக்கட்டும் என்று கூறினார்கள். பிறகு அவர்கள் (தலைவர்கள்) திரும்பி வந்து, நபி (ஸல்) அவர்களிடம் தங்கள் போர்க் கைதிகளைத் திருப்பித் தர மனப்பூர்வமாகச் சம்மதிப்பதாகத் தெரிவித்தார்கள்.”

ஆனால் பைபளின் கடவுளான “ELOH”, சரணடையும் மக்களையும் அடிமைகளாக நடத்த பரிந்துரைக்கிறார்:

Deuteronomy 20:11 If it accepts your terms and submits to you, all the people found in it will become your slaves.

3. இஸ்லாத்தை தழுவும் எதிரி நாட்டு அடிமைகள் எந்த கட்டுப்பாடும் இன்றி சுகந்திரம் பெற்றவர்கள் ஆவர். இஸ்லாம் அந்த அடிமைகளை சுதந்திரமாக்க எதிரிகளுக்கு பகரம் கொடுக்கவும் செய்தது.

Sahih Bukhari 5286. இப்னு அப்பாஸ்(ரலி) அறிவித்தார்: “நபி(ஸல்) அவர்களையும் முஸ்லிம்களையும் பொறுத்தவரையில் இணைவைப்பாளர்கள் இரண்டு வகையினராக பகைவர்களாக இருந்தனர். அவர்கள் நபி(ஸல்) அவர்களுடன் போர் புரிவார்கள். நபியவர்களம் அவர்களுடன் போர் புரிவார்கள். மற்றொரு வகை இணைவைப்பாளர்கள் (சமாதான) ஒப்பந்தம் செய்தவர்களாக இருந்தனர். அவர்கள் நபி(ஸல்) அவர்களுடன் போர் புரியமாட்டார்கள்; நபியவர்களும் அவர்களுடன் போர் புரியமாட்டார்கள். பகைவர்களின் கூட்டத்திலிருந்து ஒரு பெண் (முஸ்லிமாம்) நாடு துறந்து (மதீனாவுகு) வந்தால் அவளுக்கு மாதவிடாய் ஏற்பட்டு தூய்மையடையும் வரை அவளை யாரும் பெண் பேச அனுமதிக்கப்படவில்லை. அவ்வாறு அவள் (மாதவிடாய்க்குப் பின்) தூய்மையடைந்தால் மண முடித்துக் கொள்ள அவளுக்கு அனுமதி வழங்கப்பட்டது. அத்தகைய பெண் (முஸ்லிம் ஒருவரை) மணந்து கொள்வதற்கு முன் அவளுடைய (முன்னாள்) கணவன் (முஸ்லிமாம்) நாடு துறந்து வந்தால் அவள் அவரிடமே திருப்பி ஒப்படைக்கப்பட்டாள். பகைவர்களிலுள்ள அடிமையான ஆணோ பெண்ணோ (முஸ்லிமாம்) நாடு துறந்து வந்தால் அவர் சுதந்திரமானவராகவே கருதப்பட்டார். அவருக்கு மற்ற முஹாஜிர்களுக்குள்ள (நாடு துறந்து வந்தோருக்குள்ள) அனைத்து மரியாதைகளும் அளிக்கப்பட்டன.” பின்னர் (இதன் அறிவிப்பாளரான) அதாஉ(ரஹ்), (சமாதான) ஒப்பந்தம் செய்துகொண்ட இணைவைப்பாளர்(களின் பெண்)கள் குறித்து முஜாஹித்(ரஹ்) அறிவித்திருப்பதைப் போன்று (பின்வருமாறு) அறிவித்தார்கள்: “(சமாதான) ஒப்பந்தம் செய்த இணைவைப்பாளர்களின் ஆண் அடிமையோ, பெண் அடிமையோ (முஸ்லிமாம்) நாடு துறந்து வந்தால் அவர்கள் (தம் நாட்டிற்குத்) திருப்பி அனுப்பிவைக்கப்படவில்லை; அவர்களுக்குரிய விலை மட்டுமே திருப்பித் தரப்பட்டது.”

ஆனால் பைபளின் கடவுளான “ELOH”, சரணடையும் மக்களையும் அடிமைகளாக நடத்த பரிந்துரைக்கிறார்:

4. போரில் பெண்கள், குழந்தைகளை கொள்ளக்கூடாது

Saheeh Muslim Volume 004, Book 052, Hadith Number 258. Narrated By Ibn ‘Umar : “During some of the Ghazawat of Allah’s Apostle a woman was found killed, so Allah’s Apostle forbade the killing of women and children.”

Saheeh Muslim Book 019, Hadith Number 4319. Chapter : Prohibition of killing women and children in war. It is narrated on the authority of ‘Abdullah that a woman was found killed in one of the battles fought by the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him). He disapproved of the killing of women and children.

Saheeh Muslim Book 019, Hadith Number 4320. Chapter : Prohibition of killing women and children in war.It is narrated by Ibn ‘Umar that a woman was found killed in one of these battles; so the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) forbade the killing of women and children!!

Maliks Muwatta Book 021, Hadith Number 008. Section : Prohibition against Killing Women and Children in Military Expeditions. Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab that a son of Kab ibn Malik (Malik believed that ibn Shihab said it was Abd ar-Rahman ibn Kab) said, “The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, forbade those who fought ibn Abi Huqayq (a treacherous jew from Madina) to kill women and children. He said that one of the men fighting had said, ‘The wife of ibn Abi Huqayq began screaming and I repeatedly raised my sword against her. Then I would remember the prohibition of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, so I would stop. Had it not been for that, we would have been rid of her.’”

ஆனால் பைபளின் கடவுளான “ELOH”, பச்சிளம் குழந்தைகள் உட்பட அனைவரையும் கொன்று குவிக்க உத்தரவிடுகிறார்

1 Samuel 15:3 So go now and strike down the Amalekites. Destroy everything that they have. Don’t spare them. Put them to death – man, woman, child, infant, ox, sheep, camel, and donkey alike.’”

Judges 21: 10 The congregation sent there twelve thousand men of the most valiant, and commanded them, saying, “Go and strike the inhabitants of Jabesh Gilead with the edge of the sword, with the women and the little ones. 21:11 This is the thing that you shall do: you shall utterly destroy every male, and every woman who has lain with a man.”

5. அடிமையை நாடுவதை விட அல்லாஹ்வை வேண்டுங்கள்

Sahih Bukhari 5361. அலீ(ரலி) அறிவித்தார் : “(என் துணைவி) ஃபாத்திமா திரிகை சுற்றுவதால் தம் கையில் ஏற்பட்ட காய்ப்பு குறித்து (தம் தந்தை) நபி(ஸல்) அவர்களிடம் முறையிடுவதற்காகச் சென்றார்கள். ஏனெனில், (போர்க் கைதிகளான) அடிமைகள் சிலர் நபி(ஸல்) அவர்களிடம் வந்திருப்பதாக அவருக்குச் செய்தி வந்திருந்தது. ஆனால், ஃபாத்திமா நபி(ஸல்) அவர்களைக் காணவில்லை. தாம் வந்த நோக்கத்தை ஆயிஷா(ரலி) அவர்களிடம் ஃபாத்திமா கூறினார்கள். நபி(ஸல்) அவர்கள் (வீட்டிற்கு) வந்தபோது, ஆயிஷா(ரலி) நபி(ஸல்) அவர்களிடம் விவரத்தைத் தெரிவிக்கவே, நபி அவர்கள் எங்களிடம் வந்தார்கள். அப்போது நாங்கள் எங்கள் படுக்கைக்குச் சென்றுவிட்டிருந்தோம். (நபியவர்களைப் பார்த்த) உடனே, நாங்கள் எழுந்திருக்கப்போனோம். அவர்கள், 'நீங்கள் இருவரும் உங்கள் இடத்திலேயே இருங்கள்' என்று சொல்லிவிட்டு, அவர்களே வந்து எனக்கும் ஃபாத்திமாவுக்கும் இடையே அமர்ந்தார்கள். அவர்களின் பாதங்கள் என் வயிற்றில் பட்டு அதன் குளிர்ச்சியை நான் உணரும் அளவுக்கு (நெருக்கமாக அமர்ந்தார்கள்.) அப்போது அவர்கள், 'நீங்கள் இருவரும் கேட்டதைவிடச் சிறந்ததை நான் உங்களுக்கு அறிவிக்கட்டுமா? 'நீங்கள் இருவரும் உங்கள் படுக்கைக்குச் செல்லும்போது' அல்லது 'உங்கள் விரிப்புக்குச் செல்லும் போது' முப்பத்து மூன்று முறை 'சுப்ஹானல்லாஹ்' (அல்லாஹ் தூயவன்) என்றும், முப்பத்து மூன்று முறை 'அல்ஹம்துலில்லாஹ்' (அல்லாஹ்வுக்கே புகழ் அனைத்தும்) என்றும், முப்பத்து நான்கு முறை 'அல்லாஹு அக்பர்' (அல்லாஹ் மிகப் பெரியவன்) என்றும் சொல்லுங்கள். அது உங்களுக்குப் பணியாள் ஒருவர் இருப்பதை விடச் சிறந்ததாகும்' என்று கூறினார்கள்.”

6. அடிமைகள் குடும்பத்தை பிரிக்க கூடாது, கணவனுடன் சிறை பிடிக்கப்படும் பெண்னுடன் கூட தடை

Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 3373:

அப்துல்லாஹ் இப்ன் மசுத் அறிவித்தார்: “குடும்பத்துடன் கைது செய்யப்பட்ட போர் கைதிகள் அல்லாஹ்வின் தூதர் (ஸல்) அவர்கள் முன்பு அழைத்து வரப்பட்ட பொழுது அவர்களை பிரிக்க விரும்பாமல் குடும்பம்மகவே வழங்கினர் “

ஆனால் பைபிள் ஒரு அடிமை ஆண் விடுதலை பெற்ற பொழுதும் அவனது மனைவி குழந்தை பெற்றால் அது அவன் எஜமானருக்கு சொந்தம் என்று பரிந்துரைக்கிறார்

EXODUS 21:4 If his master gave him a wife, and she bore sons or daughters, the wife and the children will belong to her master, and he will go out by himself.

7. அடிமையின் குழந்தையை பிரிக்கக்கூடாது

Sunan of Abu-DawoodHadith 2690 :

Narrated byAli ibn AbuTalib “அலி ஒரு அடிமையையும் அவளது குழந்தையையும் பிரித்தார். அல்லாஹ்வின் தூதர் (ஸல்) அவர்கள் அதை தடுத்தார், இந்த வியாபாரத்தை தடை செய்தார்.”

சுகந்திரம் பெற்ற ஒரு அடிமை, தான் குடும்பத்தை வேண்டினால் அவன் தொடர்ந்து அடிமையாக இருக்க வேண்டும் - பைபிள்

EXODUS 21:4 If his master gives him a wife and she bears him sons or daughters, the wife and her children will belong to her master’s, and he shall go out by himself. 21:5 But if the servant shall plainly say, ‘I love my master, my wife, and my children. I will not go out free; 21:6 then his master shall bring him to God, and shall bring him to the door or to the doorpost, and his master shall bore his ear through with an awl, and he shall serve him for ever.

8. அடிமையின் மானத்தை காக்க வேண்டும்

Sahih Bukhari 3008.

ஜாபிர் இப்னு அப்தில்லாஹ்(ரலி) அறிவித்தார்: “பத்ருப் போரின்போது போர்க் கைதிகள் (கைது செய்யப்பட்டுக்) கொண்டு வரப்பட்டனர். (அப்போது எதிரணியில் இருந்த) அப்பாஸ்(ரலி) அவர்களும் (கைதியாகக்) கொண்டு வரப்பட்டார்கள். அவரிடம் அணிவதற்கு ஆடை எதுவும் இல்லாதிருந்தது. நபி(ஸல்) அவர்கள் ஒரு சட்டையைத் தேடினார்கள். (நயவஞ்சகர்களின் தலைவன்) அப்துல்லாஹ் இப்னு உபையின் சட்டை அவர்களுக்கு அளவில் பொருத்தமாக அமைந்திருப்பதைக் கண்டார்கள். அதையே அப்பாஸ்(ரலி) அவர்களுக்கு நபி(ஸல்) அவர்கள் அணிவித்தார்கள். இதன் காரணத்தால் தான் அப்துல்லாஹ் இப்னு உபை (இறந்த பின்பு அவனு)க்கு நபி(ஸல்) அவர்கள் தங்களின் சட்டையைக் கழற்றி அணிவித்தார்கள். "அப்துல்லாஹ் இப்னு உபை, நபி(ஸல்) அவர்களுக்கு இந்த வகையில் ஓர் உபகாரம் செய்திருந்தான். நபி(ஸல்) அவர்கள் அதற்குப் பிரதியுபகாரம் செய்ய விரும்பினார்கள்" என்று அறிவிப்பாளர் சுஃப்யான் இப்னு உயைனா(ரஹ்) கூறினார்.

அடிமையின் மானத்தை காப்பதற்கு பதிலாக...

Deuteronomy 21:12 you may bring her back to your house. She must shave her head, trim her nails, 21:13 discard the clothing she was wearing when captured, and stay in your house, lamenting for her father and mother for a full month…..

9. அடிமையை கொலை செய்ய கூடாது

Sunan of Abu-DawoodHadith 4501 : சமுராஹ் அறிவித்தார்: “அல்லாஹ்வின் தூதர் (ஸல்) அவர்கள் கூறினார்கள் "உங்களில் ஒருவர் ஒரு அடிமையை கொலை செய்தால், நாம் அவரை கொலை செய்வோம், ஒருவர் ஒரு அடிமையின் மூக்கை வெட்ட நேரிட்டால் நாம் அவர் மூக்கை வெட்டுவோம்"”

ஆனால பைபிள் ஒரு அடிமையை அடித்து அவர் இரண்டு நாட்களில் மரணிக்கவில்லை என்றால் பாவம் இல்லை என்று பறைசாற்றுகிறது

“When a man strikes his male or female slave with a rod so hard that the slave dies under his hand, he shall be punished. If, however, the slave survives for a day or two, he is not to be punished, since the slave is his own property” Exodus 21:20-21

10. அடிமைகளை வஞ்சிக்க கூடாது

Abu Mas'ud al-Ansari reported: "When I was beating my servant, I heard a voice behind me (saying): Abu Mas'ud, bear in mind Allah has more dominance over you than you have upon him. I turned and (found him) to be Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him). I said: Allah's Messenger, I set him free for the sake of Allah. Thereupon he said: Had you not done that, (the gates of) Hell would have opened for you, or the fire would have burnt you.(Translation of Sahih Muslim, The Book of Oaths (Kitab Al-Aiman), Book 015, Number 4088)"

"The masters were obliged not to put slaves under hardship; slaves were not to be tortured, abused or treated unjustly. They could marry among “themselves with their master's permission - or with free men or women ! They could appear as witnesses and participate with free men in all “affairs. Many of them were appointed as governors, commanders of army and administrators. In the eyes of Islam, a pious slave has precedence over “an impious free man."

The Prophet, upon him peace, had stipulated in his "last pilgrimage" speech: "And your slaves ! see that you feed them such food as you eat yourselves and dress them what you yourself wear. And if they commit a “mistake which you are not inclined to forgive then sell them, for they are the servants of Allah and are not to be tormented!" - Source: Ibn Sa'd, op. cit., vol. II:1, p. ௧௩௩

“You must refrain from dealing wickedly with others, for that would count as a benefaction you do to yourself”. - Source: Related by Al-Bukhari and Muslim on the authority of Abu Tharr.

11. அடிமைகளுக்கு உணவு உடை கொடுப்பது எஜமானர்களின் தலையாய கடமை

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: "When the slave of anyone amongst you prepares food for him and he serves him after having sat close to (and undergoing the hardship of) heat and smoke, he should make him (the slave) sit along with him and make him eat (along with him), and if the food seems to run short, then he should spare some portion for him (from his own share) - (another narrator) Dawud said:" i. e. a morsel or two". 4097. (Translation of Sahih Muslim, The Book of Oaths (Kitab Al-Aiman), Book 015, Number 4096)"

12. அடிமைகளை சகோதரர்களாக நடத்த வேண்டும்

“Your servants and your slaves are your brothers. Anyone who has slaves should give them from what he eats and wears. He should not charge them with work beyond their capabilities. If you must set them to hard work, in any case I advise you to help them.” - Source: Bukhari, Iman, 22; Adab, 44; Muslim, Iman, 38–40; Abu Dawud, Adab, ௧௨௪

Sallam ibn 'Amr reported “from one of the Companions of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Your slaves are your brothers, so treat him well. Ask for their help in what is too much for you and help them in what is too much for them." - Source: Al-Adab al-Mufrad Al-Bukhari , Nr. 190.

ஆனால் பைபிள் ஒரு அடிமை உங்களது உடன்பிறப்பாக இருத்த பொழுதும் அவனை சம்பள தொழிலாளியாக நடத்த பணிக்கிறது

Leviticus 25:39 “‘If your brother becomes impoverished with regard to you so that he sells himself to you, you must not subject him to slave service. 25:40 He must be with you as a hired worker, as a resident foreigner; he must serve with you until the year of jubilee,

13. ஒரு அடிமை தலைவராக நியமிக்கப்படுமேயானால் அவர் தலைமையை ஏற்க வேண்டும்

Sahih Bukhari 7142. “இறைத்தூதர்(ஸல்) அவர்கள் கூறினார்கள்', உலர்ந்த திராட்சை போன்ற (சுருங்கிய) தலையுடைய அபிசீனிய (கறுப்பு நிற) அடிமையொருவர் உங்களுக்குத் தலைவராக ஆக்கப்பட்டாலும் (அவரின் சொல்லைக்) கேளுங்கள்; (அவருக்குக்) கீழ்ப்படியுங்கள்.” என அனஸ்(ரலி) அறிவித்தார்

14. அடிமைகள் சரிசமமாக நடத்தப்பட்டனர்.

Sahih Bukhari 30. 'நான் அபூ தர்(ரலி)யை (மதீனாவிற்கு அரும்லுள்ள) 'ரபதா' என்ற இடத்தில் சந்தித்தேன். அப்போது அவரின் மீது ஒரு ஜோடி ஆடையும் (அவ்வாறே) அவரின் அடிமை மீது ஒரு ஜோடி ஆடையும் கிடப்பதைப் பார்த்தேன். நான் (ஆச்சரியமுற்றவனாக) அதைப் பற்றி அவரிடம் கேட்டதற்கு, 'நான் (ஒருமுறை) ஒரு மனிதரை ஏசிவிட்டு அவரின் தாயையும் குறை கூறி விட்டேன். அப்போது நபியவர்கள் கூறினார்கள்: 'அபூ தர், அவரையும் தாயையும் சேர்த்துக் குறை கூறி விட்டீரே! நீர் அறியாமைக் காலத்துப் பழக்கம் குடி கொண்டிருக்கும் மனிதராகவே இருக்கிறீர்! உங்களுடைய அடிமைகள் உங்களின் சகோதரர்களாவர். அல்லாஹ்தான் அவர்களை உங்கள் அதிகாரத்தின் கீழ் வைத்திருக்கிறான். எனவே ஒருவரின் சகோதரர் அவரின் அதிகாரத்தின் கீழ் இருந்தால் அவர், தாம் உண்பதிலிருந்து அவருக்கும் புசிக்கக் கொடுக்கட்டும். தாம் உடுத்துவதிலிருந்து அவருக்கும் உடுத்தக் கொடுக்கட்டும். அவர்களின் சக்திக்கு மீறிய பணிகளைக் கொடுத்து அவர்களைச் சிரமப்படுத்த வேண்டாம். அவ்வாறு அவர்களை நீங்கள் சிரமமான பணியில் ஈடுபடுத்தினால் நீங்கள் அவர்களுக்கு உதவியாயிருங்கள்' என்று இறைத்தூதர்(ஸல்) அவர்கள் கூறினார்கள்' (இதனால்தான் நான் அணிவது போல் என் அடிமைக்கும் உடை அளித்தேன்" என அபூதர் கூறினார்" என மஃரூர் கூறினார்.

ஆனால் பைபிள் அடிமைப் பெண்கள் அழகை சீர்குலைக்க சொல்கிறது

15. அடிமை மீது பழி போடக்கூடாது

Sahih Bukhari 6858. “நிராபராதியான தம் அடிமையின் மீது (விபசார) அவதூறு கூறியவருக்கு மறுமை நாளில் சாட்டையடி வழங்கப்படும். அவர் சொன்னதைப் போன்று அந்த அடிமை இருந்தால் தவிர!' என்று அபுல் காசிம் (இறைத்தூதர்(ஸல்) அவர்கள் கூறினார்கள்” என அபூ ஹுரைரா(ரலி) அறிவித்தார்.

16. அடிமை பெண்ணை கற்பழிக்க கூடாது, அடிமை பெண்ணின் அனுமதி இன்றி அணுக கூடாது

Sahih Bukhari 6949. ஸஃபிய்யா பின்த் அபீ உபைத்(ரஹ்) அவர்கள் அறிவித்தார்: “(என் கணவருடைய தந்தை கலீஃபா உமர்(ரலி) அவர்களின் காலத்தில்) அரசாங்க அடிமைகளில் ஒருவன் (ஆட்சியாளர் அதிகாரத்திற்குட்பட்ட) குமுஸ் நிதியிலுள்ள ஓர் அடிமைப் பெண்ணை பலவந்தப்படுத்தி கற்பழித்துவிட்டான். எனவே, உமர்(ரலி) அவர்கள் அவனுக்கு (ஐம்பது) கசையடி கொடுத்து (ஆறு மாத காலத்திற்கு) அவனை நாடு கடத்தவும் செய்தார்கள். ஆனால், அந்த அடிமையினால் பலவந்தப்படுத்தப்பட்டாள் என்பதால் அந்த அடிமைப் பெண்ணுக்கு அவர்கள் கசையடி தண்டனை வழங்கவில்லை.”

அடிமையல்லாத ஒருவன் கற்பழித்துவிட்ட கன்னியான அடிமைப் பெண் குறித்து ஸுஹ்ரீ(ரஹ்) அவர்கள் (பின்வருமாறு) கூறினார்கள்: “கன்னி கழியாதிருந்த அந்த அடிமைப் பெண்ணுக்குரிய விலையை நீதிபதி நிர்ணயி(த்து கன்னி கழிந்ததால் ஏற்பட்ட இழப்பீட்டைக் கற்பழித்தவனிடமிருந்து வசூலி)ப்பார். மேலும், கற்பழித்த) அவனுக்குக் கசையடி தண்டனை வழங்கப்படும்...

ஆனால் பைபிள் அடிமை பெண்களிடம் அனுமதி இன்றி அணுக பரிந்துரைக்கிறது.

Genesis 16:1-2: "Now Sarai Abram's wife bare him no children: and she had an handmaid, an Egyptian, whose name was Hagar. 26. அடிமை பெண் திருமணம் முடித்தால் அவளை அணுக கூடாது

அபு தாவூத் ஹதிஸ் 4101: அப்துல்லாஹ் இப்ன் அமர் இப்ன் அப்பாஸ் அறிவித்தார்: “அல்லாஹ்வின் தூதர் (ஸல்) அவர்கள் கூறினார்கள் "உங்களில் ஒருவர் தங்களது அடிமை ஆண்மகனை தங்களது அடிமை பெண்ணுக்கு மனம் முடித்தால் அவளது அந்தரங்கம்களை எஜமானர் பார்க்க கூடாது"

27. திருமணம் ஆகி கணவனை இழந்த பெண்ணுக்கு “இஸ்திப்ரா” (தலாக்கின் “இத்தத்” போல) கடமை அக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது, அவர்களின் “இஸ்திப்ரா” காலம் முடியும் வரை அவளை வலகரதுக்கு சொந்தமாக்க தடை (for referrece please refer bullet - 3)

Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 3394 : அப்துல்லாஹ் இப்ன் அப்பாஸ் அறிவித்தார்: அல்லாஹ்வின் தூதர் (ஸல்) அவர்கள் கூறினார்கள் "ஒரு ஆண் மகனின் பெண் அடிமை அவனுக்கு ஒரு பிள்ளை பெற நேரிட்டால் அந்த எஜமானின் மறைவுக்கு பின்பு அவள் விடுதலை ஆனவள் அவ்வாள்.

Sahih Bukhari: Vol 3, Book 49, 2542: இப்னு முஹைரீஸ்(ரஹ்) அறிவித்தார். நான் அபூ ஸயீத் குத்ரீ(ரலி) அவர்களைப் பார்த்தபோது அவர்களிடம் (அஸல் செய்வது பற்றி) கேட்டேன். அவர்கள் சொன்னார்கள்; நாங்கள் அல்லாஹ்வின் தூதருடன் பனூ முஸ்தலிக் (குலத்திற்கெதிரான) போருக்குச் சென்றோம். அப்போது, அரபுகளிலிருந்து போர்க் கைதிகள் (சிலர்) எங்களுக்குத் கிடைத்தனர். நாங்கள் (அந்தக் கைதிகளிடையேயிருந்த) பெண்களை (உடலுறவு கொள்ள) விரும்பினோம். ஏனெனில், (எங்கள் மனைவியரைப் பிரிந்து) தனிமையில் இருந்தது எங்களை வாட்டியது. மேலும், (இந்தப் பெண்களுடன் உடலுறவு கொள்ளும்போது) 'அஸ்ல்' செய்ய நாங்கள் விரும்பினோம். எனவே, அல்லாஹ்வின் தூதரிடம் அதுபற்றிக் கேட்டோம். அதற்கு, 'நீங்கள் அதைச் செய்யாமலிருந்தால் தவறேதுமில்லையே! மறுமைநாள் வரை தவறேது மில்லையே! மறுமை நாள் வரை (இறைவிதிப்படி) உருவாக வேண்டிய எந்த உயிரும் கட்டாயம் உருவாகியே தீரும்" என்று பதிலளித்தார்கள்.

30. அடிமைகளுக்கு சொத்து பங்கு உண்டு

அபு தாவூத் ஹதிஸ் 2899: அப்துல்லாஹ் இப்ன் அப்பாஸ் அறிவித்தார்: “ஒரு மனிதன் தன சொத்துக்கு வாரிசு அன்றி இரக நேரீற்று அவர் மரணிக்கும் பொழுது ஒரு அடிமையை பெண்ணை விட்டு சென்றார், அவர் இறந்தமையால் அவள் விடுதலை ஆனவள் ஆண்னால். அல்லாஹ்வின் தூதர் (ஸல்) மரணித்த மனிதருக்கு ஏதேனும் வாரிசுகள் உள்ளனவ என்று வினாவினார் ? அவர்கள் சொன்னார்கள் ஒரு அடிமை பெண்ணை தவிர வேர் யாரும் இல்லை என்று. அல்லாஹ்வின் தூதர் (ஸல்) அந்த மனிதரின் செல்வத்தை அவனின் அடிமைக்கு வழங்கினர்.”

31. அடிமை பெண்ணுக்கு ஒழுக்கம் கற்பித்து திருமணம் முடித்தால் இரண்டு பங்கு நன்மை உண்டு

Sahih Bukhari 3446. இறைத்தூதர்(ஸல்) அவர்கள் கூறினார்கள்: “ஒருவர் தன் அடிமைப் பெண்ணுக்கு ஒழுக்கம் கற்பித்து அவளுக்கு ஒழுக்கம் கற்பிக்கும் பணியைச் செம்மையான முறையில் செய்து, பிறகு அவளுக்கு விடுதலை அளித்து அவளை (தானே) மணமும் முடித்தார் எனில் அவருக்கு இரண்டு நற்பலன்கள் கிடைக்கும். ஒருவர் ஈசா நபி மீது நம்பிக்கை கொண்டு, பிறகு என்னை நம்பினால் அவருக்கு இரண்டு நற்பலன்கள் கிடைக்கும், ஓர் அடிமை தன் இறைவனுக்கு அஞ்சி, தன் எஜமானார்களுக்குக் கீழ்ப்படிந்து நடப்பானாயின் அவனுக்கும் இரண்டு நற்பலன்கள் கிடைக்கும்”என அபூ மூஸா அல் அஷ்அரீ(ரலி) அறிவித்தார்.

32. அடிமை பெண்ணை திருமணம் முடிப்பது சிறந்தத

36. அடிமை விடுதலை நரக நெருப்பில் இருந்து காக்கும்

Sahih Bukhari 2517. அலீ இப்னு ஹுஸைன்(ரஹ்) அவர்களின் தோழரான ஸயீத் இப்னு மர்ஜானா(ரஹ்) அறிவித்தார்: "ஒரு முஸ்லிமான (அடிமை) மனிதரை விடுதலை செய்கிறவரை (விடுதலை செய்யப்பட்ட) அந்த முஸ்லிமின் ஒவ்வோர் உறுப்புக்கும் பகரமாக (விடுதலை செய்தவருடைய) ஓர் உறுப்பை அல்லாஹ் நரகத்திலிருந்து (விடுவித்துக்) காப்பாற்றுவான்' என்று இறைத்தூதர்(ஸல்) அவர்கள் கூறினார்கள் என என்னிடம் அபூ ஹுரைரா(ரலி) கூறினார். உடனே நான், இந்த நபிமொழியை அலீ இப்னு ஹுஸைன்(ரஹ்) அவர்களிடம் கொண்டு சென்றேன். இதைக்கேட்ட அன்னார் தம் அடிமை ஒருவரை விடுதலை செய்ய விரும்பினார்கள். அந்த அடிமைக்கு (விலையாக) அப்துல்லாஹ் இப்னு ஜஅஃபர் இப்னு அபீ தாலிப்(ரலி) பத்தாயிரம் திர்ஹம்களையோ ஆயிரம் தீனாரையோ அன்னாரிடம் கொடுத்திருந்தார்கள். அவ்வாறிருந்தும. (அந்தப் பணத்திற்குப் பொறுப்பேற்றுக் கொண்டு) அந்த அடிமையே அன்னார் விடுதலை செய்துவிட்டார்கள்.”

37. நபி மற்றும் நபி தோழர்களால் விடுதலை செய்யப்பட்ட அடிமைகள் எண்ணிக்கை

· Rasulullah Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam himself freed 63 slaves,

· Hazrat Abu Bakr Radhiallahu Anhu freed 63,

· Hazrat Abdur-Rahman bin Auf Radhiallahu Anhu 30,000;

· Hazrat Hakim bin Huzam Radhiallahu Anhu 100;

· Hazrat Abbas Radhiallahu Anhu 70; k

· Hazrat Ayesha Radhiallahu Anha 69;

· Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Radhiallahu Anhu 100;

· Hazrat Uthman Radhiallahu Anhu used to free one slave every Friday and he would say that he would free any slave who performed his prayers-with humility.

· Hazrat Zul-Kilah Radhiallahu Anhu freed 8,000 slaves in a single day.

· Hazrat Umar Radhiallahu Anhu passed certain laws during his Khilafat which led to the emancipation of thousands of slaves, and to the prevention of certain specific forms of slavery. Some of the edicts that he issued:

I. All the apostate tribes that were enslaved during the Khilaafat of Hazrat Abu Bakr Radhiallahu Anhu were to be freed.

II. A Zimmi (protected non-Muslim subject of an Islamic state) should not be enslaved.

III. Arabs will not be enslaved.

IV. Those who had been enslaved during the days of ignorance (prior to the advent of Islam) and had lived to witness the Islamic era, should redeem themselves from slavery by paying their costs (their value) to their owners whether they were willing or நாட்

இஸ்லாமிய சட்டத்தின் விளைவாக அடிமைதனம் முழுவதுமாக வேரறுக்கப்பட்டது, மிகவும் பாதுகாப்பான இந்த நிலையை அடைய இஸ்லாத்திற்கு சில காலம் தேவைபட்டது.

Conclusion: இதுவரை குறிபிட்டிருந்த ஆதாரத்தின் படி இஸ்லாமிய சட்டத்தில் எந்த பெண்ணையும் அவளது அனுமதி இன்றி அணுகல்லாகாது , வலகரதுக்கு சொந்தமானவர்கள் ஆயினும் அவர்கள் அனுமதி அன்றி அணுகலாகாது, ஒரு அடிமை பெண்ணையோ அல்லது ஆண்னையோ துன்புறுத்துவது, கொலை செய்வது இஸ்லாத்தில் தடுக்கபட்டது, மேலாக அடிமைகளை நல்ல முறையில் நடத்தவும், விடுதலை செய்யவும், திருமணம் முதித்துக்கொள்ளவுமே இஸ்லாம் வலியுறுத்துகிறது.

உங்களுடைய கேள்வியான “இஸ்லாமியர்களின் புனித நூல் குர்‍ஆனும், நல்ல நபி என்று கருதும் முஹம்மதுவும், இஸ்லாமும் மனித சமுதாயத்தை ஒரு புதிய நூற்றாண்டிற்குள் சரியான முறையில் நடத்திச் சென்று வழி காட்ட முடியுமா?”

கிறிஸ்தவர்கள் புனித நூல்களளின் தொகுபாகிய பைபிள், நல்ல நபி என்று கருதும் நபி ஈஷாவும் (ஸல்), (கடவுள் என்று கிறிஸ்தவர்கள் வழிபடும்) கிறிஸ்தவமும் மனித சமுதாயத்தை ஒரு புதிய நூற்றாண்டிற்குள் சரியான முறையில் நடத்திச் சென்று வழி காட்ட முடியுமா?”

1. பைபிளில் கண்ணி பெண்ணை கற்பளிபவனுக்கு தண்டனை அவளை திருமணம் செய்வது, மற்றும் பெண்ணின் தகப்பனுக்கு 50 காசுகள் பணம் கொடுப்பது என்று பறைசாற்றுகிறது Genesis 22:28 - 29

5. அம்னோன் இரண்டு வருடம் கழித்து தான் சகோதரன் அப்சலோம் முலம் சூழ்ச்சி செய்து கொல்லப்பட்டான், அப்சலோம் நல்லவனா? அவன் தான் தந்தை டேவிடீன் மனைவியுடன் இஸ்ரேலியர்கள் முன்பு விபச்சாரம் செய்தவன் ( 2 Samuel 16 :22 ) அவனுக்கு என்ன தண்டனை? தனி ராஜியம்!!!!

6. ஜூடாஹ் தன் மருமகள் தம்மர்வுடன் செய்த விபசாரத்துக்கு (Genesis 38 :15 ) தண்டனை என்ன? விபச்சாரத்தில் பிறந்த வம்சாவளியில், (தகப்பன் இன்றி பிறந்த) கடவுளாக வணங்க பெரும் நபி ஈஷா (ஸல்) பிறந்ததாக பைபிள் சொல்கிறது - Matthew 1:3

7. நபி லோத்தை மது அறுத்த வைத்து விபச்சாரம் செய்த இரண்டு மகள்களுக்கும் (genesis 19 :31 - 38 ) தண்டனை என்ன ? விபச்சாரத்தில் பிறந்த அவர்களின் பிள்ளைகளை தொந்தரவு செய்ய கூடாது என்ற கடவுளின் கட்டளை - - Deuteronomy 2 :19

8. மறுமணம் செய்பவள் விபச்சாரம் செய்தவள் ஆவாள் / விவாகரத்து செய்தவளை மணப்பவன் விபச்சாரம் செய்தவன் ஆவான் - Matthew 5 : 31 -32

9. விபச்சாரத்தில் பிறந்த (மறுமணம் செய்பவளின் பிள்ளைகள் உட்பட) பிள்ளைகளும் அந்த பிள்ளைகளின் சொந்தங்களும் 10 தலைமுறைக்கு திருச்சபையில் அனுமதிக்க கூடாது - - Deuteronomy 23 - 2

இன்னும் என்னில் அடங்காதவைகளை சொல்லி கொண்டே போகலாம்,

நபி ஈஷா (ஸல்) விடை சொல்லாமல் சென்ற பல சமுக பிரச்சனைகளில் அடிமை தனமும் ஒன்று. அதை அளிக்க அவர் எதையும் செய்யவோ சொல்லவோ முற்படவில்லை மாறாக அடிமை எஜமானருக்கு அடங்கி நடக்கவும் அடிமையை நடத்தும் வழிமுறையை மட்டும் விட்டு சென்றுள்ளதாக பைபிள் சொல்கிறது.

யார் அடிமை ஒழிப்பை நடைமுறை படுத்தியது ?

முஹம்மது நபி (ஸல்) அவர்களுக்கு அல்லாஹ் சுபஹானவதாலா அருளிய வேதத்தில் : இஸ்லாமியர்களை எதிர்த்து போரில் பங்கேற்கும் படை வீரர்களையும், செவிலி பெண்களையும், அடிமைகளாக எடுக்க அனுமதிக்கிறது, அன்றி சுதந்திரமானவரை அடிமை பிடிக்க அனுமதிக்கவில்லை. அடிமை பெண்கள் தங்கள் அனுமதியுடன் மஹார் இன்றி தங்கள் எஜமானர்களுடன் கூட விரும்பினால் அன்றி அவர்களை அணுக அனுமதிக்கவில்லை, அவர்களக்கு சொத்துரிமை தரவும், கல்வி கற்பிக்கவும், முறையாக நடத்தவும், திருமணம் முடித்துக்கொள்ளவும் இஸ்லாம் பணிகிறது. இந்த வழிமுறை மூலமே அடிமை இனம் அளிக்க பெற்றது.

இதன் விளைவாக இன்று உலக முஸ்லிம்களை கணக்கு எடுத்தால் திருட்டு, கற்பழிப்பு, விபச்சாரம், மது அருந்துவோர், கருகளைப்பு, ஓரின சேர்கை, சூதாட்டம், வரதட்சனை, விவாகரத்து மற்றும் வட்டி வாங்குவோர் எண்ணிக்கையில் கடைசி இடம் வகிக்கிறோம். தான தர்மம், ஜீவனாம்சம், வட்டியில்லா கடன் அளித்தல், திருமணத்தில் பெண் விடாருக்கு மஹர் செலுத்துதல் ஆகியோர் எண்ணிக்கையில் முதல் இடம் வகிக்கிறோம்.

நபி ஈஷா (ஸல்) சொன்னது போல “இன்னும் அநேகங்காரியங்களை நான் உங்களுக்குச் சொல்லவேண்டியதாயிருக்கிறத…”

John 16:12 I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. 16:14 He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.
